HomeGlo currently focuses on delivery within Australia. Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout based on the destination and the products in your order.
Order processing
After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Dispatch timing can vary by product, stock availability and destination. Where an item has a specific lead time, that information should be shown on the product page or communicated before dispatch.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is $9.95 Australia-wide for eligible standard-size orders under $150. Eligible orders of $150 or more receive free standard shipping. Bulky, oversized or specially handled items may have separate delivery charges and may be excluded from free shipping; any applicable charge will be shown at checkout.
Tracking
Where tracking is provided by the carrier, tracking details will be sent after dispatch or made available through your order information.
Delivery issues
Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout. If an order is delayed, damaged in transit or appears to be missing, contact HomeGlo through the Contact page with your order number so we can investigate.
Authority to leave
Carrier options vary. If you request authority to leave a parcel, responsibility for the parcel after the carrier records delivery may depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
