These Terms & Conditions apply when you use homeglo.com.au or purchase products from HomeGlo. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with any product-specific information shown before checkout.
Products and information
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, dimensions, availability and pricing accurate. Colours and finishes can appear different between screens, and natural materials may vary. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Any applicable shipping charges, taxes or other charges are shown during checkout before you submit the order. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.
Orders
Submitting an order does not require HomeGlo to accept it where there is a genuine pricing error, stock problem, suspected fraud, delivery restriction or other reasonable issue. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for further information.
Returns and consumer rights
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains our change-of-mind process. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, use automated methods in a way that disrupts the service, or use website content unlawfully.
Intellectual property
HomeGlo branding, original website copy, graphics and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party product names, brands and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HomeGlo is not responsible for loss caused by misuse of a product, failure to follow installation or safety instructions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. This clause does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms published at the time of an order will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
